The Good
Jahmyr Gibbs has averaged over 100 total yards per game while scoring 38 touchdowns over the last two regular seasons. He has played in all 34 games in that span. Gibbs no longer has to deal with David Montgomery, so he could see a few more touches per game in 2026.
The Bad
Gibbs' week-to-week consistency was a bit iffy down the stretch last year. From Weeks 13-17, Gibbs only finished inside the top 12 once and was outside the top 24 three times. Detroit brought Isiah Pacheco into the fold. Pacheco does not appear to have much left in the tank but could be a goal-line threat.

The Good
Bijan Robinson has played all 51 games in his NFL career and has averaged over 110 scrimmage yards per game in the process. That includes a massive 135.2 mark in 2025. He has averaged 66 receptions per year, including 79 grabs last season. This gives him an elite floor and ceiling in PPR formats.
The Bad
Atlanta has one of the most questionable quarterback situations in the NFL. If neither Tua Tagovailoa nor Michael Penix Jr. can prove to be a reliable signal-caller, defenses could key in on Robinson and impact his efficiency.

The Good
The WR3 last season, despite Joe Burrow's injury and losing half of his 2024 touchdown total. An elite receiver with huge volume (a league high 185 targets in '25), exceptional talent and size to be dangerous in the red zone. A viable number one pick in many draft formats.
The Bad
A change in pass rate or an improved defense could lead to a drop in volume and hence, production. Injury to Joe Burrow would hurt but, as we saw last year, it's not a death sentence.

The Good
The addition of Davante Adams didn't slow him down at all. He was the WR1 in all settings, Turning 129 receptions into 1715 yards and 10 TDs along with a league-leading 27 big plays, despite missing a game and half due to injury.
The Bad
His personality has come into question of late, with a lawsuit, possible antisemitism and time in rehab all shadowing his impressive 2025 season. It's also possible an aging Davante Adams leads to more defensive attention on Nacua, though I doubt it.

The Good
A league-leading 1793 yards, 27 big plays and 10 scores lead to a WR2 season as the only reliable receiving option for the champion Seahawks. His 36% target rate seems unsustainable, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if he maintains or even improves that rate. The combination of elite talent and usage is hard to pass up on.
The Bad
Klint Kubiak's departure could change JSN's extreme usage or make him less efficient. Any change is a concern when things are going this well.

The Good
Christian McCaffrey led all running backs in fantasy points last year, averaging a whopping 21.5 points per contest. McCaffrey finished as a top eight weekly back in 12 of 16 games excluding Week 18. CMC plays in one of the most fantasy-friendly environments there is for running backs under Kyle Shanahan. He has averaged just under five receptions per game in 48 regular season games with San Francisco.
The Bad
The track record for running backs with 400-plus touches (McCaffrey had 450 including the playoffs last year) in subsequent years is less than ideal. McCaffrey is 30 years old and no stranger to injuries. Shanahan has stated his desire for less wear and tear on McCaffrey this year. It is hard to imagine the volume not taking a hit for CMC this season.

The Good
Jonathan Taylor was the overall RB2 last year and has over 3,000 rushing yards and 29 rushing touchdowns across his last two seasons. Taylor possesses rare week-winning upside. He was the overall RB1 on four occasions, with two other top-three weekly finishes. With Daniel Jones appearing on track for Week 1, Taylor should have less stacked boxes to deal with than he did towards the end of last season.
The Bad
Taylor faded a bit down the stretch last year. He failed to record a weekly top-12 finish following Indianapolis' Week 10 bye. The Colts have publicly discussed wanting to take some of Taylor's workload off him to keep him fresh. This could result in an increase in efficiency, but there are no guarantees.

The Good
The WR3 in three consecutive seasons, he's the epitomy of consistency, despite lacking the upside of some other elite talents in this tier. David Montgomery's departure could even lead to a higher passing rate.
The Bad
The emergence of Jameson Williams and a hopefully healthy Sam LaPorta could lower his volume a little. Ultimately, it's hard to see him dropping out of the Top 5 without an injury though, and he's had very few of them.

The Good
The 2023 WR1, still produced when healthy, with six 100-yard games. Touchdowns will regress, but unlikely to hit double digits with George Pickens around. Had an impressive target floor of 7 and had the third-most 30+ yard plays in the league.
The Bad
George Pickens was better than Lamb in almost every category (though that reversed last in the season). He's not going anywhere making Lamb, last season's WR15, a very risky proposition at this cost.

The WR1 in 2022 and the WR2 in 2024, he's primed for a big bounceback with a functional quarterback this season. Still managed to top 1000 yards last year, finishing in 11th in yards, but suffered from the offense's inability to score. His two touchdowns will massively regress.
The Bad
There's no getting away from his WR37 season on a per-game basis last year. Kyler Murray could be a big step up, but he's not exactly the type of passer that gets me super excited. There's still a heap of risk here.

The Good
James Cook was the overall RB6 in fantasy points through Week 17 last year. He scored 14 times and amassed over 1,900 scrimmage yards in Joe Brady's offensive system. Cook was a top-10 weekly fantasy back 10 times last year and should continue to post RB1 numbers in one of the league's best offenses.
The Bad
In a world where six running backs had at least 67 catches last year, it would be nice to Cook more involved in the passing game. Cook has just 65 total grabs over the last two seasons. He also will continue to deal with Josh Allen vulturing touchdown runs down by the goal line.

The Good
Not only did De'Von Achane put up a top-five overall fantasy season among running backs last year, but he did so in remarkably consistent fashion. Achane put up at least 11.3 fantasy points in Half-PPR scoring in every game, and finished no lower than RB17 in any of his 16 games played. He should be the focal point in Miami's offense again in 2026.
The Bad
Miami is expected to field one of the worst offenses in the league. They have a defensive-minded head coach, a quarterback with 155 pass attempts in four NFL seasons, and likely a bottom-five offensive line. It feels like a lot would have to go right for Achane to match last season's 12 touchdowns.

The Good
The WR7 on a per-game basis last season, he could take a step forward with more consistent quarterback play and better injury luck. Remember, he was the WR5 just a year earlier. To me, he's far safer than the other guys in this range.
The Bad
The quarterback question is the big one. He produced with Michael Penix, but what if he's not fully healthy. Can he produce with Tua Tagovailoa? I'd bet on the talent, but as we saw with Justin Jefferson last year, talent can only get you do far.

The Good
Ashton Jeanty was the overall RB13 last year despite playing for a Las Vegas Raiders team that scored just 241 total points. No other team in the NFL scored less than 279. New head coach Klint Kubiak will infuse some life into this offense, and Jeanty will be one of the primary beneficiaries.
The Bad
Kubiak has been fond of the dual-running back approach in the NFL. Jeanty accounted for 84.3 of Las Vegas' running back touches a season ago. It is difficult to imagine Jeanty continuing to get that percentage of backfield touches under Kubiak. The Raiders offensive line is also very much a work in progress. Jeanty averaged just 3.7 yards per carry in his rookie season last year.

The Good
Managed to finish as the WR12 on a per-game basis, despite awful quarterback play and a terrible start to the season. Drake Maye and the Patriots offense are screaming out for a true receiving weapon (sorry, Stefon Diggs) and they seem to have one in Brown. Expect a big step-up in volume and effectiveness, with less bust games.
The Bad
Stefon Diggs won't have the same role, but he was just the WR29 last season on 102 targets. Brown will have a much larger role, but there's no guarantee that will pay off where you have to draft him.

The Good
Chase Brown has averaged 1,000 rushing yards over his last two seasons while also averaging over 60 receptions. Brown scored 11 touchdowns in each of those two years and could benefit from Cincinnati's proposed offensive shift to run more plays under center. Brown has little competition for carries in the form of Samaje Perine and Tahj Brooks.
The Bad
Brown will never amass huge rushing totals behind Cincinnati's poor offensive line and with their pass-first mentality. He eclipsed 80 rushing yards in just four of 17 games last season. Because of that, weekly consistency is not always there for a player being drafted as a top-12 running back. Brown had five top-12 finishes excluding Week 18 in 2025.

The Good
Saquon Barkley has averaged 98 rushing yards per game in 32 regular season games as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. Barkley plays behind a great offensive line and should see increased involvement in the passing game under new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion.
The Bad
Barkley's touchdown upside on a weekly basis is not as high as some of the elite running backs. He has scored more than 10 touchdowns in a season just once in the last seven years. Jalen Hurts, meanwhile, has 13 or more rushing scores in three of the last four seasons. Barkley was 11th in the NFL in carries inside the 5-yard line last year.

Derrick Henry has rushed for 16 scores in each of his first two seasons as a Baltimore Raven. Henry has 36 regular season rushes of 20-plus yards since 2024. No other NFL running back has more than 23 such carries. Henry does not have much competition for carries, especially if Lamar Jackson's rushing attempts continue to decline.
The Bad
Henry is 32 years old, which is borderline ancient in running back years. The King is a physical specimen, but he does have a lot of miles on him. Henry offers little production as a receiver, limiting his upside in leagues that reward receptions.

A second WR9 finish in the last three seasons despite mediocre QB play shows his immense talent and consistency. Plenty of TD regression available if the offense improves. Still a big play monster with a league-leading four 50+ yard plays.
The Bad
CJ Stroud is a major liability at this stage, as is the run-heavy play-calling and the offense's struggles scoring. Hasn't had a fully healthy season in his five-year career.

The Good
Kenneth Walker III showed what he can do when tasked with leading a backfield during last season's Super Bowl run. Walker ran for 313 yards and four scores in three playoff games, while adding over 100 receiving yards. The former Seahawk will now be the unquestioned lead back in Kansas City, where he has weekly top-10 upside playing alongside Patrick Mahomes.
The Bad
Early reports out of Kansas City suggest that the coaching staff wants to see Walker improve in pass protection and as a receiver before fully unleashing him as a featured back. The Chiefs signed Emari Demercado and rookie Emmett Johnson who could theoretically push Walker for third-down work.

The Good
The WR4 last season, he finally showed what he could do with a quality quarterback, putting up 1429 yards on 93 receptions and 9 touchdowns. His 22 plays of 20+ yards was third in the league. Remains an elite big-play threat in a high volume offense with huge scoring upside.
The Bad
CeeDee Lamb could easily return to the WR1 role, relegating Pickens to a lower target total. The greater risk is off-the-field though, as he's known to be a tricky character who can switch off at any time. Not ideal if the team is out of playoff contention.

The Good
Top two quarterback every season since 2019. DJ Moore gives him an extra receiving option and his rushing floor remains elite with over 500 yards and 12 touchdowns each of the last three seasons.
The Bad
2025 was his lowests-scoring season since 2019 with a career-high 40 sacks and career-low 460 pass attempts, lower than everyone except Jalen Hurts in the Top 12. Drake Maye is emerging as a cheaper alternative and Allen is now into his 30s where rushing tends to fall off.

The Good
Finished as the WR6 last season despite some growing pains for his rookie quarterback. Was particularly explosive late in the season, with 82 PPR points across his final three games. The upside is huge if Tyler Shough takes the expected steps forward.
The Bad
Missed the final game of 2025 with blood clots and it's unclear how this will impact the upcoming season. The arrival of Jordyn Tyson is also a major concern, as he'll command a lot of volume, especially around the end zone.

The Good
Omarion Hampton trailed only Bijan Robinson in missed tackles per carry among 49 running backs with at least 100 carries last season. The Chargers hired former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel to run the team's offense. McDaniel has authored elite seasons from running backs before, and Hampton has the skill set to join that group in short order.
The Bad
Los Angeles signed free agent running back Keaton Mitchell to a two-year deal in the offseason. Mitchell also profiles well in McDaniel's system based on his speed. They still have Kimani Vidal as well. The Chargers may choose to ease Hampton into a lead back role, especially after Hampton only played nine games as a rookie last year.

The Good
The WR5 on a per-game basis last season, his talent has been unquestionable when he's been healthy. Andy Reid loves scheming up opportunities for his best players and Rice is certainly one of those. He's arguably the highest upside player outside the top four.
The Bad
There's two injuries to worry about, his own and his quarterback's. Add in off-the-field issues and his heavy relience on high volume and you have a heap of upside with even more risk.

The Good
The WR7 in his rookie season, looked primed to take a step into the top five with Jaxson Dart before an ACL tear derailed his season. The talent is obvious and so is the opportunity. He'll be the clear WR1 getting all he can eat once he's ready to rumble this season.
The Bad
The injury recovery has been far from smooth and there are big question marks around his effectiveness for this season. It's generally a good idea to avoid players coming off major knee injuries, even though this one occurred early last season.

The WR8 last season, surpassed 58 yards in all but four games. The team's new mid-round rookies are unlikely to threaten his role and Isaiah Likely's departure may lead to more targets.
The Bad
Lamar Jackson's passing volume could easily drop back towards his usual numbers. 29% target rate could also easily drop back a little if any of the rookies click. Has never had more than five touchdowns in a season so don't expect that to change.

The Good
The 2022 WR10 before AJ Brown's arrival, Smith has huge upside in an offense that should step forward with Sean Mannion's arrival or, more importantly, Kevin Patullo's departure. He's never had a high TD total, but the target volume is always high when Brown is out and I see no reason that shouldn't be the case most weeks.
The Bad
Makai Lemon, Hollywood Brown and Dontayvion Wicks aren't AJ Brown, but they'll also command more volume than Jahan Dotson et al. There's also no reason to believe Sean Mannion will lead to a big step up for the offense. It feels like Smith is nearly being drafted at his ceiling.

The Good
All Kyren Williams does is produce. He has had at least 1,300 total yards and scored at least 13 touchdowns in three straight seasons. Williams leads the backfield for one of the best offenses in the NFL. There will be no shortage of scoring for Williams, who is still very much in his prime entering his age-26 season.
The Bad
Williams is never going to jump off the page from an advanced metrics standpoint. That leads many to believe Blake Corum should continue to gain more work in the Rams' backfield. Corum acquitted himself well last year, averaging over five yards per carry. If Corum continues to ascend, Williams may see a slight dip in his overall production.

The Good
Javonte Williams was one of the most pleasant surprises in all of fantasy last year. Williams finished as the overall RB11 in his first season in Dallas. He ran for over 1,200 yards and totaled 13 touchdowns. Williams was very effective, finishing seventh in the NFL in yards per carry after contact and fifth in missed tackles forced. The 26-year-old signed a three-year deal and will continue to be the lead back for a high-powered Cowboys offense.
The Bad
Williams' fantasy efficiency waned a bit down the stretch. In his final eight games, he recorded no top-10 weekly finishes and failed to record double-digit fantasy points three times. Dallas may want to avoid having Williams approach 300 touches again in 2026. A slight dip in volume could be the difference between an RB1 and RB2 in most leagues.

The Good
The QB1 as recently as 2024, a return to his 750+ yard rushing floor and pre-injury passing volume gives him truly elite upside. The additions of four mid-round pass-catchers in this year's draft (two WRs and two TEs) should improve his output too.
The Bad
Last season was diabolically bad. Yes, he was injured, but it's also possible the drop in rushing is his new normal. Lamar without his elite running is barely draftable.

The Good
The WR11 last season, will likely get a boost from a healthy Joe Burrow. Has 21 touchdowns over the last two seasons combined and has big upside if both he and Burrow can stay healthy for a whole season. Will go even better if JaMarr Chase goes down.
The Bad
Very injury-prone and touchdown-dependent, failing to pass 1000 yards since 2022. Has a capped upside when Chase is healthy.

The Good
Jeremiyah Love enters the NFL as the third overall pick in the 2026 Draft. Considering the shift towards running backs not mattering in recent years, Love's draft capital is significant. Love should get most of the work in Arizona's backfield from Day 1. He is a home run threat who scored 40 times and exceeded 3,000 scrimmage yards over his sophomore and junior campaigns in college. Love has excellent pass-catching ability, giving him added value in PPR formats.
The Bad
Love joins a crowded Cardinals backfield that includes Tyler Allgeier, Trey Benson, and James Conner. Even if Arizona decides to part ways with Conner, there is still competition for reps. Allgeier and Benson have both proven capable, so the Cardinals are unlikely to overwork Love, especially early on. That could make him tough to start early in the year, which could be an issue considering his fantasy draft capital.

The Good
Breece Hall has had at least 1,300 scrimmage yards in each of his last three NFL campaigns. He improved upon his ball security issues from the year prior and should continue to operate as the lead back for a New York Jets team that wants to run the football behind an improved offensive line.
The Bad
Hall is going to lead what could be a three-way committee at running back. Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis will earn roles in the offense, limiting Hall's ceiling. New York is also once again projected to be among the worst teams in the NFL. Hall is unlikely to get the same volume that most of his contemporaries will on a weekly basis.

A Top 12 WR in four of his first five games last season before a knee injury cruelled the remainder of his season. Plus he was the WR11 in 2024 and gets a similar quarterback in Geno Smith this year.
The Bad
Omar Cooper and Kenyon Sadiq bring legit target competition plus it's very possible the Jets turn to Cade Klubnik or worse if the season starts to go downhill. Even a minor injury could be enough to shut him down for the season if the Jets want to tank.

The Good
A rookie finishing WR15 is impressive. Doing it with Bryce Young is even more impressive. Can certainly improve if this offense improves or at least the passing volume increases.
The Bad
Bryce Young remains a liability, as does the low volume offense and his lack of touchdown upside. The four-man receiver room could also lead to a lower-snap experience than you'd want from your top receiver.

The Good
The WR3 through the first third of the season, he faded after a hamstring injury, the return of Mike Evans and Baker Mayfield's own injury issues. Now Evans is gone and the injuries are too, a bounceback is very much on the cards.
The Bad
Despite an incredible start, there's no getting away from his WR30 finish. There's every chance that's his actual normal, and that this is purely a committee between Egbuka, Chris Godwin, Jalen McMillan and Ted Hurst.

The Good
The WR12 through the first 10 weeks of the season, following up his WR12 finish in 2024. The departure of Keenan Allen (the team's highest target rate) is a big boon given he hasn't been replaced by anyone. McConkey is surely the possession receiver now under new OC Mike McDaniel.
The Bad
Harbaughs tend to focus on a run-first approach and that could be the case again in 2025, meaning there are less targets to go around, especially with Omarion Hampton now fully healthy. McConkey was also disappointingly inefficient at times when opportunities arrived. Needs more consistency to be a viable asset in this price range.

The Good
The WR8 last season, returns to an offense with very few changes. Yes, the 14 touchdowns appears unsustainable, but he's had 14 scores in three of the last six seasons and has always had at least 8 in that span. The talent is elite and the offense is essentially focussed on the two wide receivers and the running back, so the 20% target rate is unlikely to regress.
The Bad
Now 33-years-old and playing in an offense that used a lot of heavy personnel (to great success) late in the season. Never topped six receptions in a game last season, making him a very scary PPR option.

The Good
QB2 last season with an impressive weekly floor. Only outside the top 13 in three weeks last season. Solid rushing floor with two 400+ yard rushing seasons. The arrival of AJ Brown is a huge boost.
The Bad
47 sacks last season (though O-line improvements have been made). Also unclear if 2025 was just a flash in the pan or sustainable production boosted by a very weak schedule.

The Good
Travis Etienne Jr. bounced back in a huge way in 2025, scoring 13 touchdowns and falling one yard shy of 1,400 scrimmage yards. He parlayed that into a four-year, $52 million dollar contract with the New Orleans Saints. Etienne should be the focal point of the running game as the team transitions away from the Alvin Kamara era. New Orleans led the NFL in pace last year, so Etienne could earn a few more touches in a full-time role.
The Bad
Most of Etienne's metrics were a bit underwhelming considering his overall RB9 finish last year. Among 21 backs with 200 or more carries, Etienne finished 17th in yards per carry, 15th in yards per carry after contact, and tied for 18th in runs of 15-plus yards. If Kamara remains on the roster, it is hard to imagine him not having a role in the offense. Etienne will be solid, but he may not approach last year's overall numbers.

The Good
The WR10 through ten weeks last season and the WR7 last time he played in a functional NFL offense (2022). Could easily become the WR1 in Denver with Courtland Sutton aging and lots of volume available with no threatening tight ends.
The Bad
Being drafted towards his ceiling, as Courtland Sutton will demand plenty of targets, especially around the red zone, and there's a lot of other receiving talent around. The team may also lean on the run more often with their off-season additions.

The Good
Cleveland wasted no time anointing Quinshon Judkins their featured back. Judkins was a rookie with virtually no training camp often playing in negative game script. But that did not prevent him from finishing 18th in total carries despite playing just 14 games. His per-game pace would put him seventh among full-time running backs. That type of volume could keep him afloat more often than not.
The Bad
Judkins had the lowest yards per carry among 21 running backs with at least 200 carries last year. He struggles in pass protection and is an average receiver, so he may not contribute outside of early downs. Cleveland has one of the worst offensive lines in the league, as well as a questionable quarterback situation. Judkins might be the posterchild for "TD or bust" among fantasy running backs. In the four games in which he scored, his lowest weekly finish was RB11. However, Judkins never finished higher than RB17 in any of his 10 scoreless games.

The Good
Cam Skattebo was the overall RB10 over the first eight weeks of his rookie season before suffering a gruesome ankle injury. Skattebo has been taking 11-on-11 reps since last month and new head coach John Harbaugh has labeled Skattebo a "top tier back". New York did little to augment their running back room, so Skattebo should be given the opportunity to resume his status as the team's top back as long as he is healthy.
The Bad
The Giants will have a new offense under Harbaugh and Matt Nagy. Both coaches have great pedigree, but it may take time for New York's offense to gel behind an average offensive line. Given the nature of his injury, the team may want to ease Skattebo back into a workhorse role. Quarterback Jaxson Dart was among the league leaders at the position with nine rushing touchdowns. His knack for finding the end zone with his legs could cut into Skattebo's scoring upside.

The Good
D'Andre Swift thrived in Ben Johnson's offensive system last year. He scored a career-high 10 touchdowns while averaging nearly five yards per carry. Swift is a capable receiver out of the backfield and has averaged over 1,300 scrimmage yards over the last three years. He should continue to lead the way over Kyle Monangai in Chicago's backfield.
The Bad
From Week 11 through Week 17 last year, Swift finished as a top-10 fantasy running back three times. He finished outside the top-24 in each of the other four weeks. Monangai carried the ball 88 times in those seven games, which cut into Swift's floor. That scenario could play out more often than not in 2026.

The Good
Irving should lead a Tampa Bay Buccaneers backfield that accrued over 2,000 rushing yards in 2024. They have an excellent offensive line, and Irving appears to be recovered from offseason shoulder surgery. Irving's shoulder could be to blame for his down year last season.
The Bad
Aside from proving he's fully healthy, Irving will have to fend off some stiff competition in his own backfield. Head coach Todd Bowles has referred to free agent signing Kenneth Gainwell as the team's 1B running back. Sean Tucker led the team with seven rushing touchdowns last year. Tucker had 11 carries inside the five-yard line last season, while Irving had none.

The Good
Consistent Top-5 quarterback when healthy. After returning from injury in the final six weeks of the season, produced five Top 12 outings with 15 TDs. No reason to believe the Bengals won't once again need high scores to win games given their poor defense.
The Bad
Zero rushing upside meaning he needs massive passing volume to produce for fantasy. Injuries are a recurring issue, with four major injuries in his six seasons, leading to three fantasy busts.

The Good
A talented early-round draft pick who broke out with 138 yards and a touchdown against the 49ers in Week 17. That was despite a 58% snap rate. Will now become a full-time player with Rome Odunze and Colston Loveland the only other receivers of note, with Odunze potentially hampered by a foot injury that has failed to correctly heal.
The Bad
Being drafted at his ceiling and assumed to be the WR1. I don't think he will be. His floor is solid, but I think he'll need to reach his ceiling to pay off, and that's unlikely.

The Good
The QB5 in his rookie season, no reason to believe he can't rebound if he can stay healthy. Massive rushing floor and impressive arm talent gives him enormous upside if it all goes right.
The Bad
Injuries are always a risk, with elbow, hamstring and knee injuries last season alone. The departure of Deebo Samuel is also a real concern. While he may be replaced, there aren't many weapons for Daniels to work with outside an aging Terry McLaurin, a questionable rookie and Chig Okonkwo.

The Good
Five consecutive Top 10 finishes thanks to an elite rushing floor. Production should improve with a change in OC after Kevin Patullo totally tanked the offense. Elite O-line should ensure Hurts can't totally tank and rushing TDs show rebound as well.
The Bad
Sean Mannion is totally unproven and the departure of AJ Brown will make life a lot harder for Hurts to produce even middle passing production. If his rushing doesn't rebound, it's hard to see a Top 5 finish.

The Good
The WR5 from Week 5 onwards, with no major personnel changes offensively. The effiency is unlikely to dip too much, but the target volume has a lot of room for growth.
The Bad
His offense upturn coincided with Dan Campbell taking over the play calling and Sam LaPorta suffering a season-ending injury. Drew Petzing is now the play-caller and LaPorta is back, leaving a lot of questions entering 2026.

The Good
Just a year removed from a WR6 finish. Jayden Daniels will hopefully be healthy this year and there's practically no target competition of note. A repeat performance is unlikely, but he's certainly got upside.
The Bad
Speed receivers become dicey propositions once they hit 30 and that could easily be the case here. It's also unlikely this offense is particularly explosive, with a real lack of talent meaning scoring could be limited.

The Good
The WR6 as recently as 2023, last season's disappointment is an indication of his role in the offense rather than his talent. Now the clear WR1 in Buffalo, the upside is Stefon Diggs, who was a Top 10 receiver in all four seasons for the Bills.
The Bad
Bills receivers have disappointed perenially since the departure of Diggs, with Khalil Shakir the only reliable option over the last two years. Will there be enough volume for Moore with Shakir and Dalton Kincaid sniffing around? Last year's disappointment in Chicago also can't be fully discounted. Failing to surpass 7 targets in a game last season is a bad sign.

The Good
Last season's WR17 on a per-game basis, despite playing about 70% snaps on average. The departure of Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks means Watson is now the clear WR1 in a highly efficient offense.
The Bad
Simply can't stay healthy. Has never played more than 15 games and he often isn't 100% when he's on the field. Also worth remembering that his best performances happened without Tucker Kraft, who could siphon off many of his potential touches.

The Good
David Montgomery could have a path to a full-time role now that he is out of Detroit. Houston is not shy about running the ball, as their running backs ran 399 times last year. If Montgomery earns 60 percent of those touches, he has a real shot at 1,000 yards and double-digit touchdowns.
The Bad
Montgomery is not an explosive runner at this stage of his career, so the downgrade in offensive line going from Detroit to Houston may hinder him. Because Montgomery does not do much as a receiver, he will need to score to warrant a starting spot each week. Montgomery's average weekly finish when failing to score a touchdown last year was RB41, including zero top-24 weeks.

The Good
Double-digit half-PPR points in four of his seven healthy games. Moves into a fantasy-friendly offense as the clear WR1. 11 consecutive 1000-yard seasons indicate what he can do when he's healthy.
The Bad
At 32-years-old, injuries and age are catching up. Also has to compete with CMC, George Kittle and a heap of functional receivers for targets.

The Good
The overall numbers for TreVeyon Henderson in his rookie campaign were encouraging. Henderson had over five yards per carry, more than 1,100 total yards, and 10 touchdowns. New England scored the second-most points in the NFL last year and are poised to be among the leaders in that category again this year.
The Bad
Henderson often ceded lead-back duties to Rhamondre Stevenson, which made his weekly prospects a total crapshoot. Excluding Week 18, Henderson only registered six top-24 weekly fantasy finishes among running backs. Henderson is unquestionably more explosive than Stevenson, but the volume is less than ideal.

The Good
The WR3 through a month and WR13 through 10 weeks. Attempted to play through a stress fracture in his foot which clearly impacted his performance. Should return to the lead role when healthy, especially with DJ Moore out the door.
The Bad
Luther Burden and Colston Loveland are expected to have significant roles this season, meaning Odunze could be the third pass catcher. Also significant concerns about his foot injury, which apparently will never heal fully, making it unclear whether he'll ever return to his best.

The Good
The WR11 over the second half of the season (despite having three injury-cruelled games), he was the slot star that tends to emerge in Liam Coen's system. If he can find a little more consistency, he could emerge as one of the bargains of the season. But even if he doesn't, you're paying mid-round cost for early-round upside.
The Bad
Travis Hunter will get some snaps and they'll likely be taken from Washington out of the slot. Add in the threats of Brian Thomas and Jakobi Meyers earning a larger role, and the possibility of passing volume regression, and you have a very low potential floor.

The Good
In each of his last four healthy seasons, he's thrown at least 590 times for over 4450 yards, 30 TDs and under a dozen interceptions. If he, CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens stay healthy, he's almost a lock for a Top 8 finish.
The Bad
In even years he always gets injured, so if you're superstitious, take heed. More seriously though, this offense relies heavily on Lamb, Pickens and Jake Ferguson. If one gets injured, things go downhill quickly.

The Good
A former WR7 and consistently good performer in Seattle, he took a big step back in a conservative offense last season. But he was still the WR24 on a per game basis, well above his current draft cost. Plus, Mike McCarthy might bring the spark he needs to make the most of his impressive playmaking ability and elevate his ceiling.
The Bad
Michael Pittman and Germie Bernard bring legitimate competition to a receiver room that got very little love last season. Maybe Aaron Rodgers uses his WRs for more than the Bottom 5 rate last season, or maybe he's a 42-year-old quarterback incapable of supporting one, let alone three, fantasy-relevant receivers.

The Good
The WR13 and WR11 over the last two seasons, missing just one game in his career outside a lost 2020 season. Now available at a cut-price evaluation due to the arrival of Jaylen Waddle, but there should be enough volume for both to succeed.
The Bad
Now aged 30 and with a heap of young receiving talent around him, could easily end up in an awkward time-share with Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant. Even if he's the clear WR2 though, there's no guarantee he can pay off with Waddle siphoning off so many targets.

The Good
The QB6 after Ben Johnson's offense dropped his sack numbers by 60% while maintaining his rushing and passing volume. Was drafted ahead of Drake Maye and Jayden Daniels for a reason, the talent is high.
The Bad
Had a lot of down weeks last season, with more weeks QB20 or below than QB8 or above. The departure of DJ Moore is a concern, as he hasn't been replaced at all, while Chicago also has a low neutral passing rate, meaning if they're not efficient, Williams will suffer.

The Good
A former Top 5 draft pick who has received a lot of target volume on the rare occasions when he's been healthy. The talent is certainly there and Jacoby Brissett passes the ball a lot, so there's a heap of potential to be had. Just look at Michael Wilson last year!
The Bad
After two bust seasons, you have to wonder if it's ever going to happen for him. With Trey McBride, Michael Wilson and now Jeremiyah Love all demanding touches, will MHJ get the volume he needs to succeed, especially if the passing rate regresses this season?

The Good
The QB4 thanks to a Liam Coen offense that finally highlighted his immense skills. But more excitingly, he was the QB1 (by a margin) from Week 9 onwards. The pass catchers all return while the run game may be used less thanks to Travis Etienne's departure.
The Bad
Small sample sizes are hard to rely on. While he was elite to close the season, he had a very kind schedule and the production looked unsustainable. His low rushing floor means the passing volume must remain very high.

The Good
Josh Jacobs has scored 30 touchdowns in 32 games in his two seasons in Green Bay while averaging just over 90 scrimmage yards per game. Jacobs was the overall RB5 through Week 10 before suffering an injury which hampered his performance down the stretch. Jacobs could return top-10 results if everything breaks right.
The Bad
Jacobs was arrested on a domestic charge this spring. This could result in a suspension from the NFL. His availability for 17 games is no guarantee, making him a tough player to draft in the third round. Green Bay's offensive line is sub-par, and MarShawn Lloyd may finally be healthy enough to threaten Jacobs' bellcow status.

The Good
The fourth pick in this year's NFL Draft, will be given every opportunity to succeed. Cameron Ward should take a step forward in his second year and there's not much target competition with Calvin Ridley aging, Chig Okonkwo out the door and no notable receiving back on the roster.
The Bad
Early wide receiver draft picks have a higher initial bust rate than you would expect. The Titans looked awful last season and that easily could not change. Wan'Dale Robinson is also a major threat, as he's a real target magnet.

The Good
By the time Godwin was healthy-ish last season, Baker Mayfield wasn't. This led to a totally lost season for the former overall WR2. But this is a guy who went for over 1000 yards in his last four healthy seasons, so the upside is clearly there, especially with Mike Evans out the door.
The Bad
Age, injuries and the arrival of Ted Hurst are all threats to Godwin's production. If he can find his pre-2024 form and explosiveness, he'll be a massive bargain, but that's a huge 'if' I'm not inclined to gamble on.

The Good
A Top 12 quarterback in every healthy season, had career high rushing numbers in 2025, leading to his highest fantasy output since 2021. Mike McDaniel's arrival is expected to improve his fantasy production as well.
The Bad
Cooled off badly late in the season, finishing as the QB20 from Week 10 onwards. Keenan Allen's departure likely hurts, while Omarion Hampton may demand more rushing volume this year. Ultimately, the floor is very low.

The Good
The WR13 on the season is good, but the WR3 from Week 11 onwards is ridiculous. It's possible that he maintains the lead role after two seasons of Harrison mediocrity, but even if he doesn't, the Cardinals were so pass-heavy under Jacoby Brissett than Wilson might be fine anyway.
The Bad
All of Wilson's fantasy relevance occurred with Marvin Harrison Jr out, and MHJ will be back. Add in Jeremiyah Love and of course the true top receiver, Trey McBride, and you have a heap of target competition. Even a slight regression in passing rate will hurt Wilson badly.

The Good
The WR6 through the first half of last season, the talent is undeniable. Now in Pittsburgh, Pittman is very used to dealing with mediocre veteran quarterbacks, having dealt with Matt Ryan, Nick Foles, Carson Wentz, Philip Rivers and Joe Flacco over his six years in Indy. Hopefully Mike McCarthy can spark this offense and keep Pittman relevant.
The Bad
Less than half of Aaron Rodgers's 3600 passing yards went to wide receivers last season. With Pittman competing with DK Metcalf for limited touches, the weekly floor is very low for both WRs. When you add in rookie second rounder Germie Bernard, you have a recipe for fantasy disappointment.

The Good
Just a season removed from being the WR4 in his rookie season, the talent is undeniable. If he can recapture that form, he's one of the least expensive stud receiver bets you can make.
The Bad
His usual last year was awful, surpassing seven targets just twice as the downfield threat who averaged 74% snaps from Week 7 onwards. There's so much target competition from talented players that there's no reason for Liam Coen to change things either.

The Good
Dart's stats from last season are camouflaged by three games where he didn't start, two games out with injury and a weird Vikings game where he passed 13 times. Remove these outliers and you get more points per game than Josh Allen, Top 5 rushing production and all this without Malik Nabers. Add in Malachi Fields, Isaiah Likely and a healthy-again Cam Skattebo and you have an offense ready to take a big step forwards.
The Bad
A small sample size means this year's projection is mostly extrapolation. The departure of Wan'Dale Robinson could have more impact than expected while Cam Skattebo's return may be more hinderence than help.

The Good
The WR4 through a month last season, he didn't surpass 60 yards or 5 receptions again until the final two weeks, when he put up over 200 yards and a touchdown. The upside is huge and he could become more reliable with Keenan Allen (and his 22% target rate) departing and Mike McDaniel and his more explosive offensive playcalling arriving.
The Bad
Extremely inconsistent, with multiple donuts and a falling snap count as the season went on. Will be hard to start on a weekly basis, even if he has the anticipated WR2 role in LA.

The Good
A WR18 finish in his age 31 season is very impressive, but unsurprising given his impressive performances in Buffalo and Minnesota. If he can find a juicy landing spot in Washington or Las Vegas, there's no reason he can't repeat his 2025 effort.
The Bad
Free agents are always a total lottery, and there are a lot of landing spots that would make Diggs almost unusable for fantasy, and that's assuming he even gets signed by the start of the season. There's a little upside, but the floor is very low.

The Good
Broke out mid-season then did enough late in the year with some awful quarterbacking to top 1000 yards for the first time. The return of Daniel Jones and the departure of Michael Pittman situation Pierce as the clear WR1 in Indy this year. A role that has typically been quite valuable.
The Bad
Currently rehabbing from an ankle surgery that could impact his 2026 season, while the health of Daniel Jones is also a major concern. But even if Pierce is the clear WR1, how much value will that have when Jonathan Taylor and Tyler Warren are such huge parts of this offense?

The Good
The QB2 on a per-game basis, he started the season with seven Top 6 fantasy finishes in the first eight weeks. The return of Rashee Rice and the addition of Kenneth Walker should give this offense a massive boost.
The Bad
I would recommend avoiding players returning from serious knee injuries. Mahomes tore his ACL and LCL in Week 15 last season. This will reduce his typically reliable rushing floor (422 yards and 5 TDs last season) and limit the escapability that makes him so dangerous.

The Good
The WR18 after his move to Jacksonville, leading to his fifth consecutive season as a Top 36 receiver. His role in 2026 is unknown, but could be a solid floor receiver, especially in PPR.
The Bad
Role is totally unclear with Parker Washington, Brian Thomas and Travis Hunter all breakout candidates or at least potential thorns in his side. Even a moderate drop in passing rate or Meyers' involvement will hurt him badly, while the upside (and hence his ability to win you your league) is very limited.

The Good
The QB5 in PPG, his receiving corps is improved significantly by Mike Evans's arrival. When healthy, he usually produces thanks to great passign efficiency and a surprising rushing floor.
The Bad
Even if he can stay healthy, and that's a big if, George Kittle is injured, Christian McCaffrey is old, Mike Evans is older, Ricky Pearsall is injury-prone, De'Zhaun Stripling was a massive reach and Brandon Aiyuk remains a serious destraction. Plus Purdy himself is a mediocre player who relies on talent around him to produce.
